Cappucino Pudding

Resep diambil dari dapurnya tetangga. Salah satu resep andalannya beliau yang dititiskan langsung dari Auntie-nya yang membuka usaha Resto Manado terkenal di daerah dekat Universitas Moestopo.

Ingredients : (PUDDING)
1 litre milk
160g sugar
1 package (7g) agar-agar
2 eggyolks
4 tsp Nescafe Gold
1,5 tsp Nescafe Classic
4 tsp Coffee Mocca (or mocca essence) -> if any
Raisins (soaked in rhum)

Ingredients : (VLA / VANILLA SAUCE)
0,5 litre UHT milk
100g sugar
1 eggyolk
1 tbs maizena flour/corn starch
salt
vanilla essence
rhum

Directions : (PUDDING)
1. Combine all ingredients except raisins in a large saucepan. Before combining: Mix yellow egg with little milk and beat with fork. Dissolve coffees granules with 2 tbs boiling water
2. Cook on small to medium fire, stir and bring to the boil.
3. Cool for 10 minutes. Then divide the mixture into 2 parts. Place the first mixture into the mould. Stand for 15 minutes to cool. Combine the remaining mixture with raisins. Layer the first mixture with the raisins mixture. (If you add the raisins mixture into the first mixture when it is still hot, the raisins will float)
4. Chill in the refrigerator.

Directions : (VLA / VANILLA SAUCE)
1. Combine all ingredients, except rhum. Before combining: Mix yellow egg with little milk and beat with fork. Dissolve maizena flour with little milk
2. Cook on small to medium fire, stir and bring to the boil. Remove from heat immediately.
3. Cool for 30 minutes before adding the rhum.
4. Chill in the refrigerator.

COOKING TIPS :
Keep stirring the mixture while cooking. It will make a perfect blend for all ingredients.
