I had to do last minute packing of Cakalang Fufu – to bring home to Hanoi on my last minutes time that I have before heading to the airport. It is known as Cakalang Fufu or smoked tuna. I wish I had enough supplies of this fish in the freezer all year long.

They way how it sold in the market is tied with bamboo sticks. I believe the vendor put too much food coloring on its meat – since the ones I brought home was not as red as the above.
