Title : Fabulous Pie !

I was struck by baking fever yesterday, very heavily. At last at 9 pm in the evening 2 pan of apple pies came out from my oven and oh my God . . . the taste is so delicious! The crust is just in a right consistency. It is not too dry, buttery and I still could taste the salty and sweets parts plus the sweet and sour taste from the apples in between. I will post the recipe on my online kitchen, soon.

This morning I had them with my morning coffee while listening to inspirational moments CD where at the same time, I was preparing my day to go out for photo hunting. Isn’t life beautiful ?
