Perhaps we just came from a small town of Mandalay in which for me the traffic over there is so managable. Up here in Hanoi like other capital cities, I found the traffic is amazingly hectic. But one thing for sure, I could assure you that no helmet is required should wish to roam around the town by motorbike.
