Title : Thirst quencher
After roaming around the Old Quarter in downtown Hanoi you may find a lot of shops, especially in To Tich Street near Hang Gai where they sell the fabulous Vietnamese thirst-quencher, Sinh Tố. A selection of sliced fresh fruit in a big glass, combined with sweetened condensed milk and coconut milk. You can also have it blended in a mixer. They will serve the Sinh Tố with a box of crushed ice – so you could enjoy it to your preference.
