A plate of lychees as an offering I saw at Den Ngoc Son (Temple of the Jade mountain) on the island on Hoan Kiem Lake.
I don’t know about you, but this is my first experience to eat fresh lychees. For years the taste of lychees in my mind was the one in a can with yellow label outside.
Of course, the fresh one always tastes better and lychees are so rich in vitamin C.
