Vegetarian Spring Rolls

Even I am living in Vietnam in which very famous of its Spring Rolls – but, making this tiny spring rolls was fun. I made them to accompany us last night while watching football.

Just when the filling was about to finish, I remembered that I still had some left over fried fish balls in the fridge, so I quickly chopped them into tiny pieces and threw in to the wok. Gave the filling a riched flavoured.

Bahan:
40 lembar kulit pangsit ukuran 12 x 12 cm
3 sdm minyak untuk menumis
3 siung bawang putih, haluskan
200 gram kol, iris tipis kecil-kecil
2 buah wortel ukuran medium, parut halus
1.5 sdt garam
1/2 sdt merica
1 sdt gula pasir
200 ml air
4 sdt tepung maizena, larutkan dengan 3 sdm air

Cara Membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak lalu tulis bawang putih sampai harum.
2. Masukkan kol dan wortel serta daun bawang, aduk rata.
3. Masukkan air dan garam, merica serta gula. Masak sampai layu.
4. Setelah masak, tambahkan larutan maizena. Aduk sampai kental.
Angkat dan dinginkan.
5. Isi tiap lembar kulit pangsit dengan 1 sdt adonan. Gulung menyerupai lumpia mini.
6. Goreng dalam minyak banyak yang panas sampai kekuningan.

    enak banget nonton bola bisa ditemenin springroll … fotonya bener2 bikin ngebayangin kres gigitannya deh .. *ngecesberatnih*

    Mbak Syl,
    Ajarin dong bikin saus kacang buat dipping-nya lumpia vietnam yang seger itu…aku udah bisa bikin yang saus nuoc cham (bener gak sihhh…)..ituuuu, yang pake fish sauce…tapi suamiku ternyata lebih suka dip yang kacang…cari-cari di internet gak nemu-nemu…hiks…
