Title : Paradise

Simply a picture of garlic.

They are smaller compares the ones I used to have back in Myanmar, but it has more flavour. The same goes to the shallots here. Since I arrived, I have been having a luxury in cooking lots of dishes using fresh Turmeric and Galangal instead in the form of powder for instance.

Enjoying beancurd, every bit of it – almost everyday. Plus cooking ingredients which are easily found in here, from ABC Sweet Soya Sauce to our favourite Aloha Brand Sidoardjo Prawn Crackers down to the famous Indomie instant noodles.

It’s a paradise here, I could work smoothly in my ‘office’ (read: kitchen).
