I have 3 chopping boards in my kitchen for different purposes already.
When I saw these four color chopping boards here which are specially designed to avoid cross-contamination of various food types:
- red for raw meat
- white for cooked foods
- blue for fish, and
- green for vegetables
And right away my eyes go . Wow!
