Title : The Luxury Soup

It has been ages I haven’t had nor cooked Oxtail Soup. Considering it wasn’t easy to find it in the market back in Myanmar where beef is not quite a popular meat.

Now we have moved to Hanoi where mostly at every corner of the road we could see lots of shop sells Phở Bo, a Vietnamese beef noodle soup – therefore oxtail is quite easy to find.

Yesterday I have the luxury in making it and had it as our lunch menu : deliciously rich and distinctive flavor of Oxtail Soup.
